They got back to me quickly, set up a service visit, and kept me in the loop the whole time. I didn’t feel like I was getting passed from person to person, which I really appreciated. Overall, happy with how they handled everything

I ordered a chair from Ethan Allen and was a little nervous about how the color would look in person!!! But it showed up looking super close to the photos, maybe even a little better!!! The fabric feels just like it was described too, not cheap or weird at all!!! Overall, I’m really happy with it!!!

I had a question about my sofa order and decided to try the chat on Ethan Allen. I’ll be honest, I’m always a little nervous with online orders and customer service chats because I don’t want to get brushed off or feel like I’m being fooled with vague answers.

To my surprise, someone got back to me quickly. They actually looked up the delivery info instead of giving me some copy-and-paste response, and then followed up by email later that same day.
It was a relief. The whole thing felt straightforward and genuine, which made me feel a lot less stressed about the order.

I liked that most of the prices were right there before I got too far into it. Few of the custom options did get little confusing, but overall it felt honest and not like they were trying to hide anything.

I was really happy with the price I got, it just felt like the promo ended a little too soon. Kind of frustrating because it was a solid deal, and I wish there had been a bit more time to take advantage of it.

Overall the white-glove delivery was smooth. The guys called before they came, showed up during the time window, and put the sofa exactly where I wanted it. They even hauled off all the packaging, which was really nice. I’m giving 4 stars only because the delivery date got pushed back once and I had to follow up on it, but everything else went fine.

Ethan Allen has some really nice-looking pieces, the website is easy to browse. I did find a few sofas and tables with that classic style that I really liked.

That said, a lot of the designs feel a little too formal or heavy for my home. Some of the rooms on the site look beautiful, but they don’t always feel very lived in.

Overall, I think it’s fine if you’re into a more traditional look. I just wish they had more relaxed, simple options that felt a bit more casual.
